Trainer Jo's Healthy Turkey Black Bean Chili

INGREDIENTS
1 onion chopped
1 tbs healthy oil of choice
1 tbs minced garlic
1 to 1.5 lbs of ground turkey breast
3 large chopped tomatoes
1 cup water
3 tbs mustard
3 tbs chili powder
2 tbs ground cumin
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 can of black beans


DIRECTIONS

1- In a wok, saute the onion, garlic & tomatoe with water

2- add turkey, mustard & spices. Saute til cooked

3- add black beans with the liquid

4- Simmer for 15-20 minutes

5- Add more cayenne pepper for more zip! And maybe some more salt & NoSalt for electrolytes.

6- Serve as is for a healthy low carb meal. Or serve with brown rice according to your macros.

1/2 cup is great for women.

3/4 to 1 cup is great for men.
