Trainer Jo's Simple & Tasty Protein Bites

INGREDIENTS
1 cup powdered oats (Red Mills makes a good one)
1 cup Old Fashioned oats
2 tbs flaxseed meal
4 tbs of Power Butter brand peanut butter
3 egg white
1 whole egg
4 servings of  BSN True Mass Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 cup almond meal
1 tbs coconut oil
1/2 cup almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees
- Combine all ingredients into  mixing bowl
- Spray nonstick spray to a 1 inch deep mini cupcake baking pan
- Or you can chill the batch, roll into balls, and place on lightly oiled  baking sheet then bake

- Bake for 15-18 minutes
