Healthy Waldorf & chicken salad

When I was growing up in the deep south, there was this country style cafeteria stye restaurant called Morrisons. My mother worked there for a few years, as I did coming out of highschool. My favorite dessert there was the Waldorf salad. I love apples and grapes... and whipped cream. Then one day, they changed the recipe and replaced the cream with mayo, and I never ate it again :-(

This is my spinoff of that American tradition. Normally, you'd use mayo, sour cream, or whipped cream like they did at the upscale cafeterias all over the south, but I use my forever faithful Greek yogurt, and some additions to make this a complete meal

I hope you like this one, because I LOVE IT ! ! ! But then again, I am a southern belle at heart.
