Healthy Carb Infused Turkey Meatloaf

Healthy Carb Infused Turkey Meatloaf

Here is a recipe for meatloaf that incorporates oatmeal flour for carbs. It changes the texture to almost bread like and you get both your lean protein and low glycemic carbs in one slice. Great for on the go.

INGREDIENTS:

16 oz extra lean ground turkey breast

1- 1/3 cup oat flour

½ cup ground flaxseed

Season like you would normal meat loaf. I honestly love just salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS

Mash everything together until all the dry stuff is absorbed into the meat

Place in greased meatloaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes

(45 if you plan to reheat later, or 60 if you are eating it fresh)

Serve with veggies, since this meatloaf contains a healthy low glycemic carb

Guys can eat two slices
